Geeboo07 Posted May 2, 2018 Share Posted May 2, 2018 I was watching some 90s Husker games on YouTube and I really miss the bigger shoulder pads. They just made players look more intimidating, especially with the jerseys that were not skin tight. I understand the reasons for smaller pads and tight fitting jerseys, but Mackovicka looked pretty scary running through the line with big pads (and the neck role). Lineman look funny to me with the huge bodies and teeny little shoulder pads. 3 Quote Link to comment
