How "fast" will Nebraska score its first touchdown?

I would think within first 5 minutes is if we don't get the ball first.  3 and out kills 2-3 minutes for their possession and then we score quickly on a 6 play, 56 yard drive.  If we get the ball first, I think we will score in the first 2-3 minutes.

Assuming late first quarter means anything after five minutes, that's what I'm going with. The odds are better but I hope I'm wrong.

 

All it takes is Akron getting the ball first, putting a drive together and scoring, and then NU going three and out.

I said within five minutes. Too many things can go wrong for me to project a score within the first two minutes. The biggest being that Akron may get the ball first.

 

Maybe I should put it this way. I expect the Nebraska offense to score a touchdown on its opening drive.
