Oh, I assumed you were still a child when I read your post about being a fighter. I am fighting for our team, the Huskers. And the Huskers need to start fighting for playing time, starting positions, first downs, touchdowns, big stops on defense... and fight for wins. I think the Husker program are big boys and can handle the weight of turning the program around on their own. Like I have said many times on this board and in other threads I 100% believe in Frost. He is sacrificing some immediate wins to build the right culture needed to sustain long term success and not just a flash in the pan 3-4 years of success. I am on board with that. But being so deathly serious about joshing around on a message board is a little over the top. Maybe you have been in a coma since sometime in 2001 before the colorado game. But you talk like we are still in the 90's. We have been somewhere between a bad program to an average program for the last 16 years. Its not funny- but it is reality. You say we are not Kansas- sorry but in the moment we are kansas. Denial doesnt change that. Will we always be Kansas no. We have the right coach, the history and the $$$ to keep us pushing to get back on top. But for now- no matter how many times you say it out loud. WE ARE KANSAS. Kansas is 2-2. We are 0-3. Just to be a pain, technically every college team has approximately 235 days (days from NC to opening weekend) since their last win (assuming they won a bowl game) to start a season.
