has there been a picture of any of the new coaches or support staff taken and put on social media that does not have them in Nebraska apparel. thats nice to see.

the part that really pi$$es me off is that he basically had the whole state for his taking and he choose not to. he could have really done something here in building a program but he choose to be basically an immature jerk. SE extened his contract, gave him resources that no other football coach had at DONU and then he pulls this stunt, this is worse than a little kid throwing a tantrum simply because he is suppose to be an adult. i really feel bad for turner gill. One of our all time great players, and a great man. i wondering what he was thinking as he saw all the crap going down over the last 4 years.

Oregon State RBs coach Chris Brasfield I get the lack of appeal in increasing the # of Beavers imports, but... This guy is young (41). He was a GA at Oregon (albeit on defense) and TCU, coached RBs at Samford for 5 seasons, WRs at SW Texas State for 2, interned with the Titans and Raiders, scouted for Tamp Bay, and a whole lot of HS experience in Texas, Chicago, maybe elsewhere, including as a head coach. I mean, heck. He's been everywhere. And he has 4 seasons with Oregon State under his belt. I don't know about his recruiting reputation but have to think he'd have a lot of inroads with different recruiting hotbeds. And I love that his experience is so extensive, coming from different places at every level of football, doing different things. I'd be very happy with this guy. There's so much football in him. if i remember right he was named one of the top 50 recruiters by one of the services.

Does anybody know either of them so we could check to see if it is true? he better be careful with that open practice policy or he could have 10 to 20 thousand people show up. just out of curosity....how awesome would it be to watch a 2 hour or so practice. i know i would probably drive the 500 miles one way just to say that i was at the practice where adam taylor cemented the starting job.

who i feel should be candidates in no particular order.... Jim mcelwain paul chyrst bronco mendenhall scott frost mark richt ken deruyter i have a feeling it will be a big name. hopefully it is someone who runs the ball first, second, and third.

out of respect you may not even want to start a search until the season is over and disrupt another coach and team. there are the search firms that set all the feelers out. imagine a coach with ties to eichorst, or someone who has been mentioned on a message board as a coach that the university should look at....all the sudden that coach has alot of unnecessary qauestions to answer as he is possibly trying to get his team ready to face their rival. besides i feel today should be about the games, lots of very good rivalaries going on today and tonight.

i wonder if an annoucement is being delayed becasue of the games being played today and the possibility of a possible replacement still coaching his team and eichorst not wanting to interfere with the coach. also remember bo saying that he was wanting to go home and enjoy some turkey with his wife and kids. give him that day and then tomorrow or monday is soon enough. have not heard any other coaching decisions yet...no big hurry....make sure everything is done right.
