  2. Some things that I saw in the video that i don't see very often by NU now.... Interceptions, Pick 6's, blitzes, pass breakups
  3. I think the list goes more like... 1. Any freshman thats on the team 2. watercooler guy 3. scarlet and cream dancers 4. Green 5. Jones 6. Grixby 7. ME 8. Shanle
  4. One of the ABC guys was calling T. Nunn, "Terrence Newman." I heard that to it was Andre Ware what an :asshat . It was better than listening to musberger and davie for 3 hours. It was that...or listen to rose? I'd carry a conver"th"ation with Lou "Sylvester the Cat" Holtz before listening to an entire game on the radio. pick your poison. Musberger in Lincoln <---
  5. **Neutral Opinion** OK, I live in Nebraska and follow the huskers but I love ALL college football. I am a born and raised Iowa fan and also keep tabs on West Virginia ever since Quincy Wilson was their running back. As a fan of ALL college football. If Nebraska is going to win a NC, next year is completely within range. A heisman caliber quarterback, returning running game, TRUE wide receivers, a much improved secondary, and a seasoned linebacker core. (keep in mind that this is all FWIW, we don't know for sure until kickoff in 07) USC at home will be the key out of conference test because they'll be rated high at the beginning of the year. (why? because they're USC). Reasonable goals for next year should be winning the Big XII. Where they are after that game could lead to the unsaid goal of NC, but Big XII dominance would silence the naysayers to Callahans gameplan. How do you silence critics and get NC hype? WIN. Good luck to the huskers for the rest of this year, Texas A&M is no pushover in Aggieland. Colorado won't bow to the huskers either, but if Freeman can go 22-26 on them?? Shapes up well for the Huskers. GBR!
  6. Dwayne Slay... or remember Bob Sanders for Iowa. He was about as perfect of a strong safety as you could get and now he's playing Sundays for the Colts. True hitter with brains. Tough to find.
  7. Just got some seats for the Nicholls State game, Section 35 row 52. What kinda view, seats, can i expect. I'm guessing I'll have a crappy view of the new video board and limited view of half the field. Anyone have any insights. Photo's of what the view's gonna look like? I haven't been to memorial in about 3-4 years so I'm kinda in the dark. Thanks in advance.
  8. I went to Iowa City when Iowa played Indiana and Randel El was the real deal when it came to a running quarterback. he single handedly kept indiana in the game. Put a offense around him and he may even be top 5. I agree about the Crouch snuff. He should be on there but frost is iffy.
  9. I simulated the game on my 360 and USC has come out on top 3 out of 4 times. First time USC won 30-13, 2nd time USC wins 45-35, 3rd game NEB wins 28-27 OT, and 4th time USC wins 54-6.
  10. Today i played 3-4 gmes over my lunch break smply out of sheer boredom, and came across an unusual player name. The guys name was ERICTHERED69. The only Eric The Red that I'm familiar with frequents this forum so i thought I'd ask if it was him. Game
  11. i get photos from family and friends that attend UNL and they send them to me via e-mail. I think most of their sources come from rivals and other media outlets.
  12. i give the edge to USC's recievers right now with bowman out and grixby looknig like this. You can't cover one of the best recievers in the country with one arm. period.
  13. what does the yellow jersey mean in practice...like the one wilsons wearing here?
  14. Bob Sanders is still the best Indy safety. They now call a huge hit in Iowa a "sanders". Hope Lord has a sucessful career, the guy seems like he laid on some muscle and he's at a 4.57? wow, tremendous free safety potential.
