I know this is the wrong place to ask this, but I am going to the baseball game tomorrow night and need an answer fast. I have been to Lincoln for a few football games, but never for a baseball game. What should I expect as far as parking? Is there lots of parking around the stadium? Thanks for any help!

Wisconsin will be hurting for sure, because they really dont have a solid backup to Wilson. As far as Nebraska goes, David and Dennard are the best players on the defense, by far! I am really worried about the NU defense for next year, however, Martinez and co. I think will be among the best in the buisness next year. Burkhead, with the 3 sophs., Taylor, Bell, Enunwa.. Really, this offense doesn't lose much to graduation. Not to mention another year of experience for Beck. Feel really good about the offense, defense I am a bit worried.

Nobody knew the system in year one when Pelini completely turned the defense around. It has far more to do with the players than it does with the scheme. I don't seem to recall any complaints the past three years when Bo was a defensive genius. Actually that defense was pretty bad. It was ranked in the 80s or so, but it seemed better becasue the defense the year before was dead last. Missouri scored 50+ on us that year, Oklahoma scored 60+, Kansas scored 30+, Texas Tech I believe scored near 40.

Well, just like the WCO. Its successful in the NFL where its guys 9-5 job to know it.

Unfortunately, I can't take credit for this. Oh man! Today’s game marks the highest/lowest point in my life as a Husker fan. We better start booking our trips to the BCS Championship Game/getting to know our future opponents in the FCS division. Look out baby! Nebraska is back/in a free fall back to the Callahan era! Tom Osborne is a genius/idiot for hiring Bo Pelini. It was the best/worst decision of his entire career. Pelini and the rest of the coaching staff better be given raises and spa memberships/fired and on the next Trailways Bus outta of Lincoln. I can’t believe the offense! They came out guns hot/and shot themselves in the foot. The receivers caught/dropped everything that was thrown to them and the running game was so good Mike Rozier no longer feels like a worthy Heisman trophy winner/bad Frankenstein’s monster would be a better option at running back. And I think we’ve really got things figured out/a disaster on our hands at quarterback. Tim Beck is a genius/idiot of an offensive coordinator. His multiple scheme is so innovative/predictable that the opposing defense had no idea/knew exactly what we were going to run. His playbook will one day be considered the Art of War of offensive game planning/isn’t worth wasting a match to burn it. And don’t even get me started on the defense! The Blackshirts/Pinkshirts were so fierce/timid I’m surprised the other team didn’t cancel their football program/hang half a hundred each quarter. The defense tackled so good/bad in open space even a prime OJ Simpson couldn’t evade their clutches/an arthritic 64-year-old OJ Simpson could outrun them with ease. The secondary should be commended for being on total lockdown/having such good manners. The welcome mat at the end zone was a nice touch. Tomorrow I plan to strut around in every piece of Husker gear I own/lock myself in the garage and juggle sharp objects. This was a true signature win/meltdown of epic proportions. The college football season is a heck of a roller coaster ride and no matter what happens next week I’ll be proud/proud to be a Husker fan.

Bo has always had trouble with mobile QBs. Just go back to 2003 when he was DC here, the 3 teams that beat us had mobile QBs. Brad Smith, Missouri. Vince Young (soph. Vince at that), and then Ell Roberson, KSU. All of those teams scored close to 40 on the blackshirts that year.

I noticed that about picture quality on BTN as well, but I just remember that watching it on TV is better then listening to it on the radio when we were in the Big XII.... Its also better then paying 40 dollars per game for PPV!

Remember the week before that Missouri game, OSU ran all over the D and put up 41 points... Missouri, however, couldn't do anything. I'm POSITIVE Bo has something special for Wisconsin, I just highly doubt it will be as effective as the plan vs Mizzou was last year.

Agree, kind of. I was very impressed with the defense in the 3rd quarter, but I think everyone thought the game was over when it got to 44-17. Washington didn't stop playing, our defense did. I think we do have plenty of issues that need work, but its not as bad as it looks.
