  1. I don't believe Taylor ever put his hands under center or that would have been a false start. I have seen a play like this run before. It is nothing more than the QB going in motion. As long as he does not put his hands under center and as long as no one else is in motion when the ball is snapped it is legal. Can't think of much Callahan would have had to mention to the officials about that play. But before every game the officials have a conference with each coach and ask if they run any strange plays. If Callahan talked to them about something he was planning to do that is when that would have happened.
  2. IMHO, order will be restored when we win division championships regularly, win a couple conference championships in a row and become a threat to win the national title year in year out. We aren't there yet. The Big XII has had kind of a down year this year. The Big XII north has had three down years in a row. I am happy to see NU in the Big XII Championship, but I don't think we want to over blow what they have accomplished. There is a ways to go yet.
  3. I like the innovation shown in these trick plays. I believe Colorado had a very good defense. How many games that they lost did they lose by 23 points? Not many. Their offense has struggled, but not their D.
  4. 1) How long have you been a member of Husker Nation? I was born in 1966, thats close enough for me. 2) What/who led you to The Nation? Life in Nebraska 3) Where are you from originally? Western Nebraska 4) Where do you live now? [/color] Western Nebraska 5) Favorite Husker memory? Sitting in the Orange Bowl in January 1995 for forty-five minutes after the game was over just cheering and enjoying the fact that Tom Osborne finally won his first national championship. The players came back onto the field and fans just sat there and cheered for almost an hour after the game was over. It was something that was truely great to be part of. 6) Worst Husker memory? November 29, 2003 7) Number of home games attended? How Many home games did they play between 1993 and 2003? I became a season ticket holder in 1993, I never missed a home game until 1999 and I rarely missed one until 2003. I haven't been to one since the K-State game in 2003. 8) Number of away games attended? Wow lets see, if you don't count Big XII Championship games or bowl games I think it is ten. If you count Big XII Championships it is twelve. If you count bowl games it is eighteen 9) Favorite Husker memorabilia/apparel? Firesteve.com t-shirt 10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? My basement with my wife and kids 11) Favorite all time player? Wow there are too many great student/sthletes to pick just one. But I would have to say Brook Beringer would rank right up there with any of them. He, better than any other, demonstrates what it really means to be a true Husker. He put the team ahead of himself, he was a good student of high character. 12) WCO or Option? I am partial to any physical offense that has the ability to bring the opponents defense to its kness, preferably through repeated pounding of the running game. I believe the option does this best and I will enjoy watching it forever, even if it isn't NU running it. 13) Stevie Pederson or Billy Byrne? Anyone beside Stevie 'wonderboy' Pederson 14) Lil Red or Herbie Husker? HERBIE! but lil' red is pretty cool too. 15) Favorite Husker play? I too am partial to the playaction on the goal line and hitting a wide open tight end in the endzone. 16) Favorite game-day beverage? Hmmm? Bud Light? 17) How did you find HuskerBoard? Google
