  1. I hope you guys dont mind me posting, but I would love to get some husker gear. I've always been a big fan of the classiest team in college football. Huskers 28 Pitt 10 rushing 235 passing 185 total 420
  2. Thanks for the congrats, and yes you did hand us the game, but I guess thats part of what makes a good team a good team. We just didnt make very many mistakes. I think by the middle of the year, Dailey will settle down and start playing better. This is his first year, he will only get better. As for us, I thought we played ok, but gave up way to many yards on the ground, and didnt capatilize on some of the turnovers. Those need to be stuck in the end zone, but I guess it was just enough. Good luck the rest of the season. I will be pulling for you guys.
  3. NU 31 So. Miss 17 180 Rushing 210 Passing total 390 turnovers kill us once again!
  4. Well guys, To tell you the truth: You guys saw an impressive Freshman come in late and move the ball down the field for us in last years game. However, the guy that came in after you gave our starter his 4th and final concusion of his career, will be the starter this year. He is a very talented player, even though he went 2 for 17 or something and fumbled 3 or 4 snaps in that game. It was a bad experience for him, but he settled in to become a solid QB winning 6 in a row for us, earning our 4th Conference championship and a trip to the Liberty Bowl. Hes kinda like a young Brett Favre, in that he has an oustanding arm, but is very unpredictable. We'll see how he develops. On defense, we lost a lot of starters, 4 to the NFL. We are young and inexperienced, but do have some talent. This is a rebuilding year for us, but do have 9 starters returning on offense, which we dont know if thats good or bad.lol We should be ok, but we'll see. Nothing like being tested early with games at Nebraska and Cal at home. C-USA will have its most competitve year since its inception in 1996. Louisville, TCU, Memphis, UAB, Houston, Cincy, South FLorida, including us, all have a great shot a winning the title. As for us, I think we will be looking at a 6-5 season, with losses to Neb., Cal, Alabama, Memphis, and TCU. And thats if we play good. Hope that helps, and hope you guys have a great season. By the way, your fans are the best. They showed true class down in Hattiesburg, and were nothing but nice when we came to Lincoln in 99. We wish nothing but the best for Nebraska Football.
  5. Just want to know whos leading the QB race and how they are looking. Looking forward to a good game this year. Take it easy on us. Go Eagles
