I've kind of been downplaying the move to the Big 10. The other day I was talking to an Iowa alumni who told me how the conference looks out for its teams. That seems like such a refreshing change of pace from the little 10. Equal revenue sharing, lucrative bowl games, and a huge upgrade in academic opportunity. I'm already loving the new conference! Plus the chance to see a new batch of amazing stadiums. Also Zeek, excellent post brother, welcome to the board!

I watch Arizona Oregon and noticed that the commentators were applauding Stoops for being so fired up. When he got flagged they were quick to dismiss it as 'oh he's getting his team fired up like when a basketball coach takes a technical to defend his team.' However when Bo got flagged last week it was unprofessional, he was insane, etc etc. I know it was two different crews but still.

There was a late hit on Nebraska on their first drive. Later in the game on A&M's drive to make it 6-3, after a swing pass an Aggie lineman put a hit on Prince after the whistle. Referee in definite line of sight... no flag. I have no problem with the Nebraska late hit, but if you're gonna call it one way you have to call it the other way. Same thing with the PI

Sorry about that last post, when i was checking the threads on my blackberry I didn't see this one. I started one and they moved it over here. That's why it looks like i just copied the op. I don't think there is footage because I believe nothing happened, however, proof that nothing happened would be real good.

Does anyone have a video or know what Martin got flagged for on those personal foul calls. I assumed I would see a replay but they were conveniently not show to anyone. Also did anyone else assume 'they'll call that a personal foul' when you heard musberger say 'wow that was a good block!' Because when I heard that the first thing that came to mind was 'I bet they call that a personal foul'

+1 solid post. I liked how abc only showed the camera angle where you could see cotton being violated once. Then an angle where all you can see is the kick. Also why was that a 30 yard penalty. It looked like they flagged the kick twice.

could we petition the Big XII to review the performance of the referees in this game. I'm not one to cry foul but it has gotten very one sided. The late hit non-call was terrible. You have to call them both ways. I counted 2 hands to the face calls that were not called and the PI that was atrocious... This is bullsh#t

I think if its illegal to lead with the helmet high it should also be flagged for leading solely with the helmet low. I mean he basically torpedoed his helmet at martinez's knees. Easy to injure someone like that
