Official HB Good Beer Thread

I tried this a couple weeks ago. It's ok, I guess. Nothing special.

Edit: I missed it on the last page :)
Drank 2 of these at the casino the other night. Oklahoma doesn't serve anything cold over 3.2%. Switched to rum & coke instead. I wasn't overly impressed with it.

Keystone Lite in a 6 pack of pounders. Just .50 cents a beer. The perfect college beer. Do Mom and Dad a favor drink 'Stoners.'

Can't get it anywhere near where I live.
I'd mail you a bottle. (That or pick some up if you're around for a game.)
Might have to take you up on that. The mail it to me part. Still trying to get someone here Oklahoma to order it. Private vendor. I'll let you know via PM. Thanks carl.

Honestly, I have only found it at bars.

i have not seen anyone mention this. it was pretty good. not too sweet and does not cause gut rot. pretty easy to drink quite a few of these. i really like it.

I've been wanting to try that, I just usually stay away from apple type stuff because one is usually all I can handle. They have been advertising the sh#t out of that stuff though.

yeah, i am a sucker for marketing. i also was suspect of cider beers, but there seems to be a resurgence and it was a good price, so i thought it was worth a try. and it was. it really goes down smooth. with like woodchuck, one is more than enough. but this drinks like a real smooth beer. definitely worth a try.

this is why i wanted to try it, never knew the cool history of cider beer:

Infographic: Cider is the New Beer

edit: i posted the infograph, but it was rather large. i strongly encourage everyone to check out the link though, very interesting stuff.
