Not sure if anyone saw this article on 247Sports from Steve Helwagen, an Ohio St. contributor for 247. It basically talks about how Ohio St and Michigan have dominated the Big Ten in recruiting in recent years, which from a Nebraska perspective is BS. We may have not had as high-rated classes as O$U and Mythigan, but they aren't dominating us. Penn St is recruiting well despite the sanctions, Northwestern is doing a good job this year, and oh yeah who's won the last 3 Big Ten championships? Wisconsin. Not O$U or Mythigan.
The worst part of the article is when he starts talking about facilities in the Big Ten being part of the problem for recruiting:
We'll see soon enough if O$U and Myhtigan's highly-rated recruiting classes turn into championships.

When I saw the bolded part, I knew this article was sh*t. Not sure who the former head coach is, but he is an idiot. Might want to do your own research after a guy spits out drivel like that.At the Big Ten media days, a former conference head coach was outspoken about where he sees the conference falling behind.
“You just have to look at the facilities,” this former coach said. “Every SEC school has a palace where they practice and train. Ohio State and Michigan each have nice facilities. Northwestern and Minnesota are building some facilities.
“But the rest of them pretty much range from barely passable to outdated to just an out and out joke. You have to invest and re-invest to continue to be successful. These kids take visits to all of these schools. It’s only natural for them to look (outside the region) if there are better facilities there.”
