I guess Bo and Beck decided pre-game that each QB would get 2 series, pretty much no matter what. TA looked great (passes looked sharp but sometimes behind receivers and they adjusted and made him look better) but you can't blame AA's fumble on RKIII.

I have been saying this for a while. You cannot expect players to make every one-on-one tackle. Swarm to the ball and cause turnovers.

 
You know another possibility would be that the plan going in was to give each backup QB a couple of series to see how they do, and then go from there.

 
The offense needs a long drive here to give the defense a rest, the fact that they are gassed after the 1st quarter against SDSU doesn't bode well for the rest of the game or season.

 
I"m guessing they had the QB play series set in stone before the game started. Doesn't mean they couldn't go change based on TA's success.
