I absolutely hate ND but they have a coach who clearly understands the College game and the emotions that go with it! He did not come in stating he would win the Big 12 North or better yet be number 10 in the Country. He came in saying be belong on top!

As much as I hate Prince he said similar things!

Are goals are not at all consistent with where we want to be are should be working towards thats the problem I have with our coaches and yes our Athletic Director!

Ok enough said GBR kick some butt with Missour!

Come on with this crap it's been two days of the complaining!!!! I understand your frustrated as am I and I'm not personally attacking you or anything, but our coach just isn't that type of guy!!!! He has a quite confidence about him and I like that more than some coach that is going to run around with a front butt and scream about how the rankings are so unfair!!!! Yeah and Prince is a moron I hate that guy!!!!

 
I am being serious Billy C. could take him, seriously.........when Bill gets pissed watch out............between f-in hillbillies and the throat slash.

 
I'm sure behind the scenes Callahan gets fired up just like any other coach..............but when it comes time to play the game he's all business!!! And yeah those of you that want to tear this comment apart go ahead!!!! :hmmm

 
When Callahan shows any emotion on the side lines the media rakes him over the coals. Our fair weather fans complain that's not the Husker way. But let Charlie W. cuss and call people names and hes praised for his toughness and motivational skills. We had that type of coach in Bob. D. and we had Tom. O's way of doing it and they both work. Lets see how Callahan's works, before we all want to change what seems to be working for him so far.

Honestly, I've seen 3rd graders lose a really tough dodgeball game against cheaters and not seen people complain this much, it makes me sick

 
Just b/c it works for him, doesn't mean it is going to work for anyone else. As it was stated we had Bob D who would cuss and say whatever and then Dr. Tom who was one of the most well-mannered men in the NCAA. I agree all of this complaining is making me sick. It is Monday right now....GET OVER IT!!!!!

But after Weis goes on his little potty mouth tyraid, he goes to confessional. Didn't you see the interview w/ the Father.

I see a point to this thread though, not the motivational tactics that Weis uses, but the goals he sets. He wants to be on top. This is his 2nd (I believe) year in the program, and his goal is to win it all. While our goal is to win the Big XII North.

 
Doom and gloom, gloom and doom! Whenever we lose all the naysayers raise their ugly heads. Just because we built a dynasty once doesn't gaurantee it for us forever, nor is it reconstructed so quickly.

 
Everyone just start crying a river!!! This is ridiculous!!! I'm tired of all the complaining as well remember the game was two days ago today's Monday we play Mizzou on Saturday...... :hmmm
