It may not be about wins, but it should be about losses.

4 losses. Every year. Another embarrassment on national TV. If Pelini isn't gone, major staff changes are necessary. Sloppy, undisciplined football are a reflection of the coaches and there's been little to no improvement in that aspect over six years.

I can't defend Bo anymore. But the only way I can see Bo still having a job come tomorrow is if he seriously shakes up the coaching staff. Paps, Els and Beck all need to go regardless.

Watching this just makes me sick. I'm to the point that I don't even allow myself to care any more. I suspect a growing number of Husker fans feel the same way. But despite all of that, I suspect Bo will be back next season. From what I'm hearing there is very little chance of a coaching change.

Turnovers, field position, youth, and injuries.

New year, new excuses, same results.

Does anyone honestly expect anything significantly different next season if he's retained?

Bo's already had a chance to put his coordinators in. These are all his guys. I don't see why he gets a second chance to screw things up.

For once I'll actually defend paps. You can't blame this on the defense when your offense is so bad you're turning it over 3-5 times a game and giving away free field position.
