Congrats

Hope your happy you can cheat your way through.
I don't think the players or the coaches have anything to do with "cheating their way through." Had your kicker made the field goal, we wouldn't be posting in this thread. I didn't get to watch the game so I have no idea what you are talking about as far as cheating.

You pass on your congratulations, yet you sit here and post how we cheated to win? Isn't that an oxymoron or being hypocritical? :hmmph

Roughing the passer was complete BS

Peterson, our corner was with Purify one second, then on the ground the next with him in the air. Yeah, no push off or anything. Hope your happy you can cheat your way through.
I expected a better response than that. If atm makes a first down, game over if we do not block that punt game over, Our team made plays and your team made plays, you just gave us the ball back with 100 to many seconds left. I will not accept that Nunn lost the texas game for us on one play and I will not accept that the refs beat you on one play. If the defender does not hit taylor it is 4th and 10. Look in your own back yard and see how many missed chances kept you from winning the game. :steam

Like the "Brilliant" call that A&M did, passing it on 3 and goal at the 3?? :clap

:asshat :asshat
There were bad calls and non -calls ALL day long. For and against both teams. IN fact, I am certain that an objective observer upon review of the video would be compelled to conclude that the aTm line can't pass ro run block without holding. How many holding calls do you recall? But, hey, that's the game ain't it. If you don't like the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

I really expected better from you Ag. But, then I'm a Husker fan and expect that all fans are as gracious in defeat as the Huskers.

Don't be bitter. Mo Po just schooled that defender in "Covering the fade route 101"! :bonez

It was a dumb error by the defender. All he had to do was sidestep the QB. Unfortunate for A&M but dumb move.

I actually agree with you on the roughing call . . . looked to me like those quality acting classes down at UNL were paying off. Taylor barely got bumped.

But there was no interference by Purify. Peterson tripped trying to turn around to face the ball and jump at the same time. Purify got a snap-second head start and made the catch.

Don't resort to being a whiner.........or you'll be lumped into the puffaloe pile.........accept the loss and move on besides our recievers were mugged all long with no call..........that was a late hit on Zac....it's the ugly truth.

Is this the push off you're referring to?? If he was on the ground, how did he get his arms around Purify?

Bear in mind, a roughing the passer call doesn't require harm to the passer, or a particluar "level" of impact. In this case, it's based on the amount of time between the release of the pass and the impact from the defender.

Same with a head shot on the quarterback - doesn't matter if it was a huge hit. If you go for the head, you get the call.

Hmm, I suppose this is true.

Okay, I change my mind. :)
