So the Vikings hired the Bengals DC and the Skins hired the Bengals OC. Does Cincy disappear next year?

RGIII must not "get it". This is just how things are:

That outburst from RGIII is just ridiculous. He makes more money than 99% of the population and he's trolling social media for sympathy? Athletes, just like politicians, take these jobs knowing full well it means constant contact with the media. They become a public figure. I believe all people, regardless of profession, should have certain expectations of privacy, like when they're at their own homes and what not. But, outside of that, they signed up for this and I give them absolutely no pity.

Suck it up, RGIII. You're partially responsible for the media diva you've become. I've seen professional athletes fly under the radar by their own choosing, and if you had tried, you could do it, too. But, you chose not to.

Interesting to hear Chris Mortensen talk about Mike Zimmers biggest regret was not getting the Nebraska job in '03. I don't remember hearing his name as a candidate back then. Can anyone elaborate on this info. My the road not taken!

Yeah, I know. I'm all for the Broncos but I just don't have a good feeling. Going against Belichick and having a banged up defense. Sure hope I'm wrong.

Metrodome deflated for final time

Officials from the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority opened the stadium's relief vents to begin the deflation at 7:15 a.m. Saturday in downtown Minneapolis. Fans providing the air that supports the roof were turned off. The 10 acres of Teflon-coated fabric were done deflating in 35 minutes.
Bill McCarthy, vice chairman of the authority, called it "a sad and exciting day at the same time." The deflation and the demolition of the Dome beginning next week will make way for construction of a new $1 billion Vikings stadium.

The muffin-shaped dome opened in 1982 and was once a focal point of Minnesota professional sports. In addition to being the home field for the Vikings and the Twins -- who won two World Series there -- the Timberwolves played their first NBA season in the Metrodome in 1989. The Twins left in 2009 for Target Field, leaving only the Vikings as the Metrodome's major tenant.

I was skeptical of my Broncos' chances today - banged up defense and Belichick is a good coach. So far so good - keep it going!

Is Peyton Manning the best ever at calling audibles? Dude is money. It's like having an offensive coordinator up there taking the snap.
