Avery Moss situation: one year ban

All this seems like much ado about nothing. I mean, no one got raped or assaulted. So some chick had the unpleasant experience of seeing a dude's wiener. Twice. I'd think that getting his name dragged through the mud and being on probation for a couple of semesters would be an appropriate punishment. The whole thing is stupid.

 
I don't know the entirety of the case to make any reasonable judgment.

Whatever the school and Mr. Moss come to an agreement on, I hope the best for him either way, be that as a Husker on the field in the upcoming years or otherwise.

I've seen drunk old/ugly/fat chicks with stuff hanging out at bars, football games, and other public places. Can I get them banned?

 
It is a liability issue if the University were to bring Avery back. Multiple on-campus incidents with female students. If something were to happen again, potentially worse, the University could be liable as well for damages.

I agree he shouldn't be dragged through the mud. But it is still a crime, admittedly.
