Sam Keller

I remeber being more annoyed the first time I watched it years ago, now Im alot less upsrt with the guy. Its really too bad the NCAA cant make an exception to allow the athletes to receive even a small percentage for their likenesses.

Problem then is the FCS, Division2 & 3 would be pissed since they arent featured in the games.
Well if EA Sports wants to make a video game based on division 2 and 3 college football no one is getting in their way so that argument will not go far.
I dont see EA or any company willing to make a lower tiered college football video game. Guess Im not sure what youre getting at.

My point is that D-2 and D-3 really do not have a platform to be mad about because no one is stopping them or any game manufacturer from creating a video game featuring them. That's all. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Gotcha. I just dont think EA will be desperate enough to make a D2 or D3 Game. FCS used to be featured in the annual title but removing the tier allowed for better graphics and gameplay so theres that for them to be mad at.

Maybd they go Blitz and do what midway did when the NFL pulled their name from it. A college Football game featuring a storyline. In the last few years there has been enough drama surrounding college ball all they would have to do is make up a bunch of colleges and throw it on the existing engine. Boom. EA presents College Football RAW.

Nebraska did not overuse the passing game last year.

Nothing about Tim Beck's offense is too complicated.

"Multiple" is generally misused by people who just wish we'd run the ball more.

Because "multiple" is the kind of offense used by most successful teams.

It is not synonymous with "complicated" or "too clever"

I think you are wrong on that AZraider. The team voted him off, can not remember the running back we had, brain dead, but same deal. He was a poison for that team, and I truly think he was for ours. Never have been a fan. I have no problem with the EA thing. These kids put it all on the line and on any given day it is over, where as we pay coaches millions of dollars with no physical damage likely. I am not saying they don't get money out of it, but no where on the level the NCAA and Universities do with it. When Jimme can make 2K a seat for a game, someone needs to get something out of it, it seems to me.

But I wonder how successful this new program will be. Going to be hard filling a conf championship game, a playoff game and NC game.

Now that I looked back at it, what happened was Keller was named the starter by Koetter (what a joke of a coach he was for ASU), and Rudy Carpenter "allegedly" threatened to quit the team. Several players in the ASU leadership council went to Koetter and told him they disagreed with the decision. At the time, Carpenter was a sophomore, Keller was a senior, and Koetter changed his mind and benched Keller. That led to him leaving for the Huskers. What a mess!
