Okay, I just watched the A&M game again with the last drive (in the Audio/Video section of the board).

And I recall some A&M fans talking this past week about how the late hit on the quarterback and the endzone touchdown were both bad calls. Something along the lines of Purify pushed the A&M player down so he couldn't get to the ball?

I'm not seeing it in the video.

maybe I'm dedhoarse and you guys have already discussed this, but they both look like the correct calls to me. In fact, Purify was nowhere near the guy.

Just watched the video and the Texas vs. NU tunnel walk.....................I'm ready to tackle my wife when she gets home!!!! Then I'll stand over the top of her and throw the bones!!!!! :bonez :lol:

HEY!!! This isn't one of "them" kind of boards! I don't care if you call it "throwin the bones" in your house but in here, we talk football :clap :clap

Might have been a tiny push off, but with the game on the line ..you can't call that.

Plus I feel the DB fell because his momentum took him that way, his feet weren't underneath him.

Its kinda funny, the late hit is not near as bad as I remember it being. I thought it was like 4 seconds afterwards, and it was only like 2. but it was late.

HOWEVER, there was NO push off on the next play. NONE.

The look on the A&M fans faces after the TD and PAT is horriffic. I'm glad we won, but as an NU fan who has been through it (Jamaal Lord leads the team down on "THE DRIVE" against Texas to score - he throws a pick) ya almost kinda feel for them. Like somebody shot their dog...that they had since they were 3...and saved their mother's life...while they were petting it.
