I did like the Boise mad pony versions from a couple years ago:

I really liked these from Tech last year. I can't find a good picture but the candy apple/chrome red looks awesome on TV. If we went with matt black I hope we'd use a similar red to this.

And love the look of purple and matt black Washington had, I thought these really popped. I also liked they're gold ones and Baylor's all gold as well.
