***Official McNeese Game State Discussion Thread***

It's hard to watch our offensive line get man-handled by a smaller defensive line.

Put those guys on their butts and open some running room Ameer, Cross, and Newby.

Missing WIDE OPEN deep balls. f#*k
That's, well, Tommy
...shut up.
Sorry, bro. Truth is he's the Achilles heel.

Wish it wasn't so. he's cost us about 21 points.
Yeah, despite passing the ball for 166 and a TD and running the ball for 87 yards and a TD.

But yes, the real achilles heel.

Can you tell me why Ameer isn't leading the game in rushing? Answer that, and you'll find our real achilles heel.

We've controlled this game everywhere but on the scoreboard.

297 yards to 106

7.2 yards per play to 3.7

We should have scored one more TD and them one less but one play made a huge difference.
TA could easily have 3 picks in this game, too.
You know, Nebraska is apparently the only place that keeps the CHBP stat.

Could have been picked.

Give this crap a rest. The CHBP stat could take some HAll of Fame QB's out of the Hall.
Uh huh.

i just do not think a bo team is capable of more than one complete game a year.
shush. Don't want to turn it into one of those threads. You know . . . the reality based ones. Haha.
i figured with tommy getting the brunt of it, it is time to pass the buck to where the buck should stop.
Yeah. Same problems before Tommy.
i like tommy and we have to have more talent than mcneese state. no reason for us not to be just taking what we want.

Really disappointed so far, we're moving the ball at times, but Tommy is making some dangerous throws and the play calling has been meh. O-line is getting no push and the defense isn't man handling like we expected. Hope the 2nd half is better or this isn't going to be fun!

The crap opening-drive was totally on Beck.

Since then it's a little on run-blocking but mainly on Tommy.

D settled-down decently after another bad opening-drive. Would still like to see Roach get a chance.
