Seems like people in South Dakota either love the Huskers or hate them. Few are neutral about them.

btw, I spent a couple years living in South Dakota about ten years ago.

Ten years ago I definitely would have said Nebraska was the favorite team of SD, but I'm not sure it's true anymore. Interest in the Huskers up here has waned, the Callahan era really did some wonders, and there is more interest in the SD schools as both are full D-1 members now. I'll definitely agree with the love or hate stance most people have though, but that's usually how things go for any team that has had mass amounts of success.

 
Took me awhile as well.

Apparently their Athletic Department doesn't know where the game is being played.
