I decided to make another thread for this and I might be crazy but...

I am confident (plz don't ask me why...I just have a feeling) that Tommy is going to come into his own as the season wears on. I think that game came at the best time and we got our clocks cleaned at just the right time and the bye came at just the right time.

Everything is just ripe for picking. The timing is right, the fan base is slowly starting to want to believe and the momentum is teetering just enough where tommorow will lite a fire under EVERYONE AFTER WE DESTROY NORTHWESTERN! *Can I get one more cup of that delicious Kool-Aid plz*

Plz don't say we'll see, that's not faith. Have faith in this Team. Have faith in this program. Have faith in these coaches. If you wait till the boat leaves the dock (so to speak) you are just like a bandwagon jumper, are you not? Have faith and believe in our guys before the first snap. If you don't believe right now, make it happen before 6:30pm tomorrow. Who's with me here? I may have a massive Cherry Red mustache right now, but I'm dead serious here. I would rather be a "told you so" on the side of a Husker MASSIVE win, than a "I told you so" on an epic Cornhusker fail. You choose how you want to look at it. Husker Pride forever... I'm out!

HELL YEAH! I'm with you all the way! Let's go Huskers! Win out and make the first College Football Playoff! Even if you lose in the semifinals, I'll be beyond happy to have made it that far. GOOOOOOO BIIIIIIIIIIG REEEEEEEEEEEED!

 
its not about what we think, its about the coaches getting better and the kids playing more consistently too....they all need to learn and improve..

Tell me why? It's not like a revenge factor might exist < westerkamp>. It is another road game. They have played us tough enough the past few times not to be intimidated or be taken lightly.

And previously against a good team on the road at night we stunk. Should I still G....T...F...O...?

 
Is this guy for real? Why are you here? Not even a "Well, through my extensive expert analysis, I give Northwestern the edge in this one" he just goes full on "Northwestern will win" bull crap. Who in heck are you? Go somewhere man. Put on some purple my boy and go stand on Northwesterns sideline cause you are not worthy to wear Red.

Yeah I'm real. I forgot it's a kool-aid thread. Heaven forbid if I lean towards NW winning without a heavy dose of words. My previous post should give you some insight why. It does not mean I DON'T WANT the Huskers to win. Or even that I don't think they can win. So relax and have a snickers, captain angry pants.

Where's your own extensive expert analysis to make you worthy to wear Red? If that's what you require, then speak up.

 
By the way, during the Pelini era the Huskers are 6-8 in back-to-back road games. That is 2 or more consecutive games away from Lincoln including neutral sites. None of those games were against cupcakes. Except for last year's win at Purdue.

And I'm pretty sure the purple team has seen and relived enough of last year's highlight ending game, and heard about it more than they want, to be extra motivated and focused.

All I'm saying is don't be shocked if we lose on a field goal or something. And I think we fall short this week. Not that I want it to happen.
