Injuries start taking toll?

Santos didn't play, but we had a few guys who were leaving the field after getting dinged up. Gregory, Valentine, and Bell dome of our best players. I believe they all returned. Do we know yet what there status is? I get the feeling Bell will never be 100% for the rest of the year.

I didn't rewind to check for sure, but it looked like Valentine got knocked out of the game by a QB.

VV looked to slip or roll over his knee while he was getting blocked...not by the QB.

Gregory came back in, which was good see. I am sure Bell is okay...that was pretty vicious though...looked like that anyways.

Bell got blindsided by the guy Tommy hurdled - probably couldn't even see the guy coming, and absolutely no way he could have braced for it. I'm sure he's fine, just rough in the moment. Gregory will be fine - same for VV. I'm excited that we get Santos and Reilly back - supposedly cleared for last night, but never saw either of them... give them another week? Both good contributors.

We need Santos in a big way. Our LB corps is perilously thin right now. The only true LBs we have right now are Roach, Bando, and Zaire. If we want to play base 4-3 down the stretch, those four need to get AND stay healthy. And Bando needs to keep that bench nice and warm

Reilly would be huge from an experience standpoint for the WRs. He's a mean blocker as well. Can't underrate that.

Heard on the radio VV left with an elbow thing. Is that true? You guys were thinking it was a leg issue. Either way, Bo said he shouldn't miss any games.

Looked to me like Bell got the "other" kind of groin injury.

I could be wrong but I remember seeing Santos on the field when NW was down right on the goal line. Like he ran in for our goal line package, he was wearing a knee brace. Have to remember we were seldom in our base D last night, so even if he was cleared not sure it would have been worth it to play him 5 plays on the that wet natural grass.

saw him on one play. Not in our base D at all IIRC.

Agreed. Looked like he got hit in the "bells".

Glad I wasn't seeing things. I think one time in second half, maybe even first play? we looked to be in the 4-3 but it easily could have been Cooper/Kalu sliding in.
