88 vs Oklahoma was an afternoon game, but it was played in a driving rain/sleet and the lights were on for most of it.

That was a very satisfying win. Everyone remembers the 70s OU hump but there was a similar one in the 80s post-Gill.

Thanks cheese. My certain memory doesnt stretch beyond '89ish or so. The only real possibility was AZ St in '91, but they were 24. So this top 20 road night game win is something I'm bettin has never happened.

not sure if this was stated already, but what about 1985 Okie St? I believe that was in stillwater and was indeed at night, well pending whatever constitutes as night and we won

That '09 game at Mizzou was awesome. Apparently it was typhoon season in Columbia. Entire stadium lost power just prior to kickoff. Last 5 minutes of game Mizzou fans had left and chants of "Go Big Red" echoed in the stadium.

And a Mizzou player cried.... that means an angel got it's wings...

That was the background of my computer for almost all of college.
