Bo cuts off thumb, points fingers instead.

It doesn't matter if we blow out Minnesota and Iowa (WE WON'T) or get a bowl win.
From the standpoint of realistically getting someone to replace Bo that is passionate about taking over for a coach that won 9 games for seven straight seasons (because the odds are we'll win one of the next two...notice I said "the odds"), it does matter.

It's a constant state of limbo.

Bo has a point it doesn't just happen to us. Bowling Green gave up 68 to Wisconsin, so Bo is just trying to tell us we are slightly better than Bowling Green.....NEBRASKA IS BACK AND WE'RE HERE TO STAY!

Money talks........alot

In 6 full seasons and 10 games into #7 Bo has had 10 blowout (20 or more points) losses to Power 5 schools. 3 at the hands of Wisconsin.

He has had 14 blowout wins. 8 have come against Kansas State, Minnesota, Illinois, and Purdue.

I don't see much to hang his hat on.

This season is beginning to have a late 2007 feel to it.

I know that we've hit rock bottom when I had multiple Wisconsin fans genuinely apologize to me for kicking our backsides so badly. They actually felt embarrassed for me. Good lord.

To a man, they were as exasperated with our coaching staff as Nebraska fans.

I hope this is just coach speak and Bo can actually see that there is a problem. If players year in and year out keep making the same mistakes in big games then its not on the individual players it the coaching and its pretty obvious

8-4 with this schedule/conference is the same as 5-7.
Well to be fair, we did play 2 top 10 teams that year and another 2 top 20 teams. USC was #1 when we played them. I think our schedule this year is quite a bit easier personally.
Agree with both of you.

I guess my point was that the reason this frustration is reaching a fever pitch is because it's likely we'll get at least one of the next two. If so, we hit the nine win mark, which although is relatively pointless to us all at this point will rationally probably seem to hold a fair bit of sway with Eichorst.

Bo has hit his peak, which is really more like a sustained plateau. I personally would take David Shaw. But that's just me.
