Tanner Farmer

I'm sure there is a perfectly good reason why he had it.

1) glaucoma runs in the family

2) rental car-swears he didn't know about it

3) migraines

4) depression over loss of Bo

5) delivering it for Carl

Before we get too excited, gotta remember that the citation was for paraphernalia. That can be pretty widely interpreted in a traffic stop, and often dismissed when you go to court. I wonder what the original stop was for. I had a HS buddy get a paraphernalia ticket for a pair of alligator clips he used to bypass a broken ignition switch on his POS truck. Deputy didn't even bother to show up for court... DISMISSED.

Not stopping at a stop sign.

Local college had a kid caught with paraphernalia, suspended for a game and was playing the next week. Was even a starter.

How do they know its drug paraphernalia as pertains to illegal drugs? I actually use a bong to smoke tobacco.

Also, isnt it legal to sell bongs in a store? So how is it illegal to have them in your car or on your person?
