Trevor Roach 6th year?

I guess "negativity" was a bad choice of word...teachercd's comparison to the Sean Fisher situation is what brought that word to my mind...

The dude knows how to tackle...we don't have too many players in the back 7 who do...so I think it would be a positive if he came back

But if it is the difference of being able to get another recruit or keeping him for one year, what do you choose?

With how thin we are at that position next year in experienced talent, I keep him here and go after some LBs next year with at least one being a JUCO.

StPaulHusker - I think (if I were a head football coach) you look it as who will make a bigger impact in the upcoming season. If we have one slot & we can get a guy who will make more of an impact here & now...take him. Otherwise keep Roach. He's a good tackler & we need those on defense
