It's been less than 48 hours since he was introduced as the HC. Rumors are we have Warren and Bray out on the road right now. I don't think this is an unreasonable time frame yet. I would say if no contact is made by tomorrow, then we can start to criticize.

I'm not criticizing just to criticize. I'm saying the recruits are getting impatient. Whether that's reasonable or not has no bearing. We can at least reach out to let them know we're not ignoring them. Most of them have already lost the only people they've ever talked to here. A quick "we still want you" isn't a lot to ask.

Riley is playing with fire the longer he waits. He is asking a lot from our commit to go through a staffing change (putting their future with the university in limbo) and then not contacting them to settle their minds. Eichorst did confirm that they will uphold all offers made to the current commits, but it would mean more coming in 1-on-1 conversations versus a blanket statement during a press conference.
Hell, they have time to make two new offers (and get a new commitment), but no time to contact our current commits? #ClockIsTickingRiley

Contacted by Banker, who called himself the DC. “The defensive coordinator called me and said they really liked me,” he said. “They’re looking forward to a home visit so I’ll get a chance to see him. He said he was going to be Nebraska’s defensive coordinator and that he was from Oregon State."

 
Any news on how it went? Pick read is staying committed for now. Didn't sound quite as positive as the others... Just curious how it went

 
Still committed but says it's kind of like starting over with the new staff. Pretty interested in Louisville - visiting there in January.

 
If I was him, I'd say forget anyone in state that didn't look at him until almost January. Knowing kids these days though, Id bet he is gone to the Gators now though.

 
Well, this means all four "committed DE's are interested in other teams. Guess the previous staff was on to some good recruits. Hoping we can hold on to at least three of these guys.

Gators have a new staff so they can blame the old staff for not showing interest. Not the same as a slow play.

Finding talent was never the issue for the old coaches. Developing and utilizing it seems to have been the issue
