The reason for the departure of the 42-year-old Langsdorf is unclear, especially since he's returning to essentially the same job he left a year ago, just at a different place.
My guess is he doesnt like working for that meany Tom Coughlin. We will likely pay him more than what he is making now and it will be a lower stress environment than NY. Easy decision. I just hope he isnt here to collect a pay check. The reason for the departure of the 42-year-old Langsdorf is unclear, especially since he's returning to essentially the same job he left a year ago, just at a different place.
Well.....if next season goes like this season did for NY....they will have no choice but to clean the coaching house. He is going to be in a more stable position at NU, that's for sure.My guess is he doesnt like working for that meany Tom Coughlin. I guess I'm a little reserved in my excitement. In fairness i do not know that much about Mr. Langsdorf. Could you or anyone else expand on why you are excited about this hire?Welcome Coach Langsdorf, pretty excited with this hire!
Langsdorf made $240k two years ago as OSU's OC. Can't find anything from this year with the Giants.Curious what his pay was with the Giants and what it will be here?
Transitioning from a first time head coarch, with a first time OC and first time DC - to a tenured HC, with an OC that has almost 10 years of experience in that role. Many of the largest complaints over the last few years have been the lack of experience on the staff - the inability to fix the issues that have plagued us. Well, we have the experience now. That in itself is a big reason to be optimistic about the hires.I guess I'm a little reserved in my excitement. In fairness i do not know that much about Mr. Langsdorf. Ha ha! That quote shows how much the NY Daily News, and New Yorkers in general, know about college football. OC at Nebraska is *not* the same job as OC at Oregon State. Not even close."The reason for the departure of the 42-year-old Langsdorf is unclear, especially since he's returning to essentially the same job he left a year ago, just at a different place."
Yep. Guess it means we all...Well, time will tell on this one
We all knew it was coming though
Not surprised, you had this guy pegged for a long time.Mike Garafolo @MikeGarafolo 8m8 minutes ago
Giants QB coach Danny Langsdorf headed for a reunion with Mike Riley at Nebraska. He'll be OC there after one year working with Eli Manning.
