Jordan Stevenson to Play on Saturday

Where is everyone getting this transfer stuff from. I haven't seen or heard about it.
A dude on facebook told me that Stevenson threatened to transfer if they didn't play him Saturday. I think it was a BS tumor started by someone who heard he may do some returns.

I don't see the decision to burn the redshirt as being a big deal in this case. RBs often have a relatively short shelf-life, and if he's as good as advertised, he probably wouldn't stick around all five years anyway. If he's ready to contribute - play him. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do under the lights.

Not trying to be a jerk .... but .... to me it looks like he still needs to get in a little better shape.

That photo is from when he first arrived here. So it's a couple of months old.

Do you know when that picture is from? It could just be a stock photo from fall camp that the OWH has.
Yeah, I thought of that after I posted it. Might be an old photo.
That's the excuse I like going with too.
I always like to think about my posts after I post them too.
I mean "I like to excuse of saying that's an old picture" when people ask if I am that fat.

Screw that, post with reckless abandon and never look back! It's how Moneyball would do it.

So with little else but a bowl game to play for this season, we're going to burn the redshirt for one of our better players?

I don't get it. There's little to no upside, particularly with how pass happy the offense seems to be.

Top-tier recruits don't join a team to sit on the bench. If he's good enough to get on the field to play then he should get snaps.

It's not desperation, it's fielding the best possible team.
