Do we not have some high percentage plays in the play book to get into rhythm?

We do, but Langs call plays that have the arm punt/YOLO option. TA always goes yard....always. Langs needs to eliminate plays that have that route tree. Force TA to work down the field...

But that route is usually important in opening up other routes underneath

Open up the check books and pay for some good coordinators.

Problem is we pay our head coach a craps salary so unless we want to pay some coordinator as much as the head coach we ain't getting top shelf

Riley doesn't deserve a bigger check, and I don't really care if we pay coordinators as much as him.

He needs to fire every coordinator or he should be fired.
