The Walking Dead

There's a point in this story that some people lose interest because the basis changes. Alexandria is that point for some because it feels permanent, and stability makes some people bored when it comes to this story.

This is the first season where I haven't watched every episode live except for the Season 7 premiere.

I have no idea what it is or how to explain it, but my interest level has been a "meh" kind of feeling

Just watched November 27th and Decembers 4th episodes last night

Same, except for watching live because I don't have cable.

I thought the last two episodes were great, but I'm kind of ready for a break. February isn't too long of a wait.

They are keeping it close to the comic but throwing in some unexpected twists. Definitely liking this season, the war should be pretty epic.

I don't like how they've regressed on Eugene's character development from season 6. He's back to just being a big fat baby that cries into his hands.

Lucille stopping a .45 caliber bullet is the kind of farfetchedness I can live with in this kind of show, but for some reason Negan being able to tell it was a reloaded bullet bugged the sh#t out of me.

If they wouldn't have wasted entire episodes on ... not much ... they could have included the ammo manufacturing storyline instead of just making up sh#t at the last minute for Eugene to be taken captive.

The thing that has bothered me has been a lack of seeing the actual communities. Alexandria, we saw the normal crew plus Spencer and Olivia. Hilltop we see our people plus Gregory and Jesus. Kingdom we got a little glimpse of, last night it was only guy in pads plus our two people.

I know it's not cheap, but I want to see them actually building an army.

Excited for what's to come in February, but wish it was already happening in the episodes we watched.

Interested to see how they get weapons for this war.

I seem to remember a community that had quite a bit of firepower that had no men...the kicker for all of this is that Rick and Aaron found a few firearms...but no ammunition. Who can make ammunition?

Eugene
Who is now with Negan...

The questions are:

1- Did they stash weapons or ammo in those graves or somewhere else?

2- How do you go about sneaking in and stealing weapons from those women, actually you want to recruit them to go kill Negan with you....
