Oz needs more carries

Oz is the type of back that does well with the o-line blocking and against undersized d-lines.

He has his moments, for sure, but he also went 5 carries for 10 yards before that big run.

there is an element of cause and effect. Hard to deny it. Riley should get four years to get his guys and system in. Then hatchet him if he cannot get the job done.
