Who do we have on the DL or LB who could remotely play in that? It sounds great, but I don't see anything from our performances or roster that makes me think we have guys who can do it.

I'm going to go on a limb here and say that Riley was in favor of 3-4 from the first day that he landed in Lincoln. Banker wasn't so sure and stuck his feet in the ground. Riley probably planned on giving Banker one more year, however with the disagreement in switching to the 3-4 for the 2017 season - banker is gone. 99% chance you see a 3-4 DC hired.
