In my mind this was a must win game for Riley. Lose to Wisconsin means another year missing the CCG given our remaining schedule and Wisconsins easy schedule, and thus this is the final straw for Riley. What say you?

It is unfortunately becoming more and more likely. I worry about next week against OSU. It feels a lot like 10 years ago when another OSU came to town.

Well according to our awesome coaches, we have great recruits. But I saw bigger, stronger, faster players on Wisconsin's side of the field today.

It's not totally coaching or scheme, it's continuity. Wisconsin has been recruiting the same players for 20 years, and all the players in their system know what they do. Any scheme can win, but you need good coaching and continuity. The question is will Riley get us where we want to be given enough continuity? I don't think we're going to find out, and I'm not sure I've seen enough to disagree with a change.

Well, of course coaches are going to talk up their kids. But you're right, I also saw bigger, stronger and faster players wearing W's on their helmets.
