So sad, yet so true.  No physicality.  We are so lacking in even the most basic of fundamentals....Again back to identity....soft, penalty prone, lacking mastery of the basics...

 
There have to be some good High School coaches in the stands tonight.  I'm one who has been willing to give the staff a bit of time, that kind of went out the window last week.  I'd like to see Rimington grab some high school coaches out of the stands, and make the whole coaching staff watch from the sidelines, no headphones or anything. 

I know there are many listed reasons for not firing during the season, but really, what could it make worse?

We expected we'd probably lose by a large margin, but we always hope our team will at least make it a game rather than a practice for the other team.  As it stands, we are an elementary school team compared to OSU and many other teams in our conference.

We have now become the team that pads the stats of those in pursuit of greatness...

Bring back Frost.  It's really that simple. I'd put the feelers out this week..

How do you not start a RB who has rushed for over 100 yards in 3 consecutive games. 

And some Husker fans want to give Riley another year. He's clueless

Blame Riley all you want but we are so far behind the top level programs in talent it is not even debatable.  How many of our starters could even earn letters at Ohio State, except playing in the latter minutes of blow out wins.  Seriously?    Spiehlman maybe.  Anybody else?   DPE?  maybe if he weren't afraid.  

We may not stop them all game long really.   It is not even a contest talent wise.   This is simply not a Riley loss - this loss can be blamed fairly on the the coaches and administration at NU over the past 20 years.   They ALL have taken turns trashing our program.
