So if a running back breaks open a run due to a miss tackle he was just lucky, right? Taking advantage of mistakes=a good play

Somebody tell me cuz i honestly dont understand...if the majority of punt are fair caught why not go for the block or atleast give pressure to hurry the punter everytime??? What is the thought behind giving a punter all day to kick a ball high so it has to be fair caught?
