I did a little research and it turns out that way back when, the Huskers were known as the Old Gold Knights. Fitting with Frost coaching his last game for the UCF Knights and returning to his old team. Could have made for a cool marketing campaign.

I hadn't realized the team had so many names.  There are over half a dozen from a quick search online.  It would be cool if we had some throwback uni's to reflect on one (thinking the long-lived Bugeaters mainly) but I would guess we'll see those mirror helmets first.

What do you guys think UCF will be ranked in the final playoff rankings?

I think they'll have to keep the same top 4 to make themselves seem legitimate.

OSU/Wisconsin/Penn State had good victories. But UCF beat the highest ranked opponent out of these 4 teams. Using their own methodology, UCF should be 5th. UCF also beat the team that beat the 1st and 2nd place teams. That's a fact now.

I've always thought we missed the boat on Man Killing Mastodons, would like to see an alternative uniform based on that concept.
