*** Official 2018 Spring Game Thread ***

After the first half you can kind of tell they have only had 15 practices on offense, but I like ehat we are seeing on defense particularly. The tackling and blitzing is encouraging

I initially was going to attend the spring game.  I took time off from work and everything.  Then the game "sold out" so I decided to stay home.  Now, looking at the open seats, I wish I would have went.  But I didn't want to drive 17 hours without knowing I had a ticket.

Martinez has that IT factor. Smooth runner. Arm is good enough to make plays. Poised and confident for a kid who is still supposed to be in high school

Well I meant 1s and 2s vs 1s and 2s then. No matter how you want to slice it, the red team is supposed to win this and win big. Which I guess is a positive that they are running away with it.

Yes.  I know what you mean.  My point was that I think on defense we can put a front seven out there with our top 2 without much if any drop off.  Definitely need more depth/"real" nose guards though.  I won't be looking for our defense to be top 20 next year.
