And, the text sent to her was bad.  However, let's remember, he wasn't the one that was video taped having sex with her or video taping it.  He was not involved (as far as we know) until he received the video on his phone.

Listen.  Even if charges aren't filed against him, he is a very low character guy sending the video to the girl.  That alone should be enough to have him off the team.

Keeping it and sending it to the girl and calling her a hoe is the guilty part.
