From what I’ve heard it is done deal with contract signed. 

I really doubt there is a contract signed before Miles is officially fired.  But I think it's just a formality at this point.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I’m fairly certain a new coach can’t sign a contract until the old one is fired.  They can only sign a MOU.

If s signed document exists I would anticipate it being along the lines of a MOU as a school could not have two head coaches under contract at the same time.
