How would you explain how poorly he ran? No sign of any real speed or escapability?
Considering the lack of any designed runs for him, I think it's entirely possible that he was told to not put himself in any danger in this game.

I find it difficult to turn it off, then on, week to week.Considering the lack of any designed runs for him, I think it's entirely possible that he was told to not put himself in any danger in this game.

Was it stubbornness because he wanted his OL to show they could ram it down their throats anyway? 'Cause he should have an answer for that, because other, better teams are going to do the same thing.
I don’t really care why he called the things he did, I just want it fixed. Glad to see him admit it was an issue. Most play callers don’t.
Ya. I just think it's more likely it'll get fixed if it just wasn't fixed in game due to stubbornness.
Undefeated regular season that included a 20-6 win over Tulane in their second game. Tulane went 2-10 that year. :dunno
And at the risk of getting eaten alive, better coaches have an answer for it. NOT SAYING HE IS NOT/WON'T BE A GREAT COACH. Last year, he had answers for it. Sat, it was the most apathetic offensive era since Frost came here IMO.Was it stubbornness because he wanted his OL to show they could ram it down their throats anyway? I don’t know why things happened the way they did. I’ve looked at that game several times now, and they didn’t do anything I wouldn’t expect Frost to have an answer for. Is that stubbornness? I don’t know, but we called a lot more runs on first down in that game than last year.
