Cu is sending delayed blitzes and it's throwing Martinez out of rhythm

They've only been from two spots though--have someone sit where the defender vacates and have Martinez watch to pick it up.

I lied--went back and rewatched. Three spots. Tops.

Man, what is it about Nebraska for the past 20 years? The 3rd quarter used to be when we stepped on our opponents throat and completely broke them. But that was a long time ago, I guess. Sigh...

My god our backs go down easy.
Noticed that with Mo.  Swipe a leg and he is going down.  We miss Oz, Rex, AA etc from recent years that had the knack of falling forward to get 2-3 yards....  Need that hammer.  Especially against their 3 man front.  Pound that to bring the safeties down and backers in.....

One thing about Mills... I haven't seen anything from him to suggest that he's very explosive. He does remind me of Ozigbo a little bit, but he's had a hard time making the first person miss.

Can't run between the tackles all game long and we go back to it. Running backs can't get to the second level. Why? Is it the blocking? Are the backs simply blocking/receiving backs? Not sure I understand the play calling.

Yeah kinda takes you back to the Pelini and Riley teams that would seemingly let the other team back in the game after getting a nice lead.  Like they've lost focus.

Hopefully he can develop that trait like Oz did. At least he delivers a blow with the ball.
