If I'm betting for Nebraska to beat the spread - I like the Penn State game. They have a tendency to play down to their opponents even with Micah Parsons.  Still take them to win the game though.

If I'm betting against Nebraska - I like the Northwestern game. That game always seems to be super close. 7.5 seems like a lot.  God help us if we don't win this game.
