Why isn't Frost trying to use the bigger backs in the RZ?

Because he is clueless in the red zone...

I'm beginning to wonder if Nebraska doesn't trust McCaffery's passing past 15 yards? We have not seen a mid range to deep ball all day.

If you're not going to threaten the defense in the middle than get creative and use some more jet sweeps, orbit motions, orbit triple option....something.

My concern for the issues with this team now rest 100% on Frost.  It's his play calling, lack of clock awareness, guys in on time etc.......

I agree. The talent on this roster is obvious it’s time to put them in better positions to make plays

I have said this ad nauseam, IMHO he doesn't have the red zone staples in his play book.  He continually says "chunck plays".  Why not use a FB/HB.  Jumbo package, a BIG A$$ lineman to run...Anything, but the sh## show Frost rolls out week after week in the red zone.

I am curious. With the players that seem to  be available, what plays would you call?  I'd love to see Betts again somehow.  But beyond that, it seems like WanDale and Martin are our only available backs right now.  I suspect it is a bit of both...limited available skill bodies AND some poor play calling.  I don't know how to tell who is doing the play calling.

Luke has a pass touchdown today. He threw one to Betts. It didn't look like it but it is counted as a pass.

They have given up 16 points going into the 4th, forced two turnovers, one resulting in a score. Ill take that anyday

The offense has been a mess since quarter 1. This is on the head coach.

Its still an 11 point lead.
