These coaches pretty much suck in adjusting to the talent they have.   The coaches have an exact system they want to play and are gonna do it talent Or game situation be damned

 
Did we actually expect a miracle following a Frost half time talk...I wish I were a fly on the wall during one of his half time talks to see what BS he tells his guys...we have NEVER come out in the second half with a plan to turn things around. I really thought Frost would be different but he is no different than the previous coaches...
