Here is the epitome of the problem - HCSF believes a QB that cannot throw and a Center that cannot snap are the future of this program.

Frost is such a bad coach.  Poor play calling, poor player development, bad decision making, etc..  Why on earth would he keep Jurgens in for so long.  The guy is a mental case and struggled with snaps the prior year too.  If he gets nervous snapping that is not something that is easy to overcome.
