Maybe one just be a 15 yards or only a half missed. Actually it should only ever be a half missed. That should be the worst penalty. And there has to be a better way to judge intent.

There's helmet-to-helmet contact like that on nearly every tackle.

Absolutely hate that rule, and that call.

I do too, but it is the rule and it's on the coaches to make sure the players don't do it.  There's clearly room for improvement with that.

It's obvious that Frost never practices the 2 minute drill with this team.  

1.  First, they decide to return the punt which took 8 to 10 seconds and they still didn't get to where they would have been with a fair catch.

2. We had multiple short throws over the middle where our players could not get out of bounds.

There is just a complete lack of awareness of what to do in key situations.
