Plans for the season opener?

First...I can't believe "Irish" bars are not embracing this game here in Omaha with ads and deals.

So, what are your plans for the first game of the season?

Right now I am 50/50 house part or bars.

 
At home.  Aviva stadium ...... probably lot of empty seats.

Next event, Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs Navy.  My guess, sold-out.

It’s my in laws….which I actually really like. But, we are the only ones coming from a long distance. I’m sure they will have the game on.  But, guess who will be driving to get there for lunch.

New plan, leave early and tell Mom and Dad-in-law to have kegs and eggs ready!!!!!

It’s not like the gameday and kickoff time has been known for months. Oh wait, it has. This is an epic fail on all parties. 

 
I am the best man in a wedding so won’t be able to watch unfortunately. At least I get to play Baltusrol as part of the weekend

 
Going to a couple microbreweries Friday night with my son and daughter’s boy friend…. the womenfolk have other plans (btw, is womenfolk on the currently banned list? :lol: ). Then we’ll all watch the game at my house Saturday. Right now I’m thinking Mimosas but Bloodys might happen.

 
Housing an Irish themed game day party.   Will have 25-30 people.   Irish car bombs at kick off.   Corn beef sliders,  etc for food.   Few different Irish beers in the beer troughs.   Not sure what others are bringing yet.
